Got a road trip planned for tomorrow to pick up a Cyclops. Wish I could say more but not till the deal is done.

Stay tuned.

My guess is one with a FEL. I was eyeballing a nice one but way too far for me to travel.

Back from the road trip 480 miles round trip. 2182 with a 3 point and a Haban deck. Needs work but got it for a Lew price so even if the engine is toast I'm OK. Guy I got it from said it smokes, don't know how bad because the grommets in the fuel tank are rotted out so I just hooked up my new $49.00 harbor freight winch and pulled it up on the trailer. Wish I had bought one of those sooner works great. Looks like it had a rear PTO at one time and I got the upper shaft with the clutch with it. Gotta check that out. Most likely it will be for sale. I have no use for a rear PTO. Oak you can wipe the drool off your chin now. Once I get it running I'll decide what the plan is. Rear end is all in one piece. Leaks oil, like that's something new. Plastic is all good, side panels were off so I just put them inside the truck.
This is the tractor and I got the whole deal for less than what he had it listed for without the deck. Happy, happy, happy.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
