Here she is in her 14th year of plow responsibilities. She doesn't just plow the driveway, she plows out the entire development, 3 neighbor mailboxes, and 2 neighbor driveways.

Resize 3.jpg Resize.jpg The 125 and snow thrower in Action. I am with you George. Way to early for the white stuff. Unfortunately our first snow has already come and gone for the year. And your terminology is bit outdated however. I believe it's climate change. More inclusive I reckon. ![]() The pics are from a previous year...thankfully Ken |

My 125 with a snowplow is my main snow mover. I also have a snowblower, but most of the snow we get is the heavy, wet, sloppy stuff and a plow works better on it than a blower.
![]() It needs more than just chains and wheels weights, so I put about 200 Lbs of iron on that rack I put on the back of it. That helps, but it still spins in the deeper stuff. Since this pic was taken, I put a hydraulic lift on it. |

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
