Looks to be in nice shape, if it runs good and everything works as it should then I'd say it's worth it but I'd try to get it cheaper anyway.

I advise you to buy it. How much is it worth? Try getting one at your local Cub store....LOL! It's like trying to value land, they're not making anymore of that either.
