Default Going to Look at Another Original.... or 2!!
So, I found an Ad the other day and called a guy about an O chassis he has online. He said it rolls, and has everything but an engine and hood. But that he has an engine (K161) which was original to the Cub and a mower deck.



After talking to him on the phone, we agreed on a price and as long as everything checks out this weekend when I get there, I am going to pick it up this weekend. He also said he has another O which has been torn down and sand blasted and is ready for paint. He said it has the fenders and some Brinley attachment that came with it (not sure what he means, he is txting me pictures tomorrow). But he said he will probably want 5 bills for that one. We will see! He is a Wheel Horse guy so really has no interest in these Cubs.

Yes, gotta love white wall tires. But I would rather have over painted cubs than ones without paint and rusting away.

Haha, well its not that I like the look, but that it is a good price. Shoe polish will take paint off of rubber?

No, but it covers it up, until it rains!

Tire black will cover it up, however.

Or black spray paint does a good job, too.
