Had a great day!
Got to try out the new 'stones on the "O" and we could really tell a difference. Pulled in first gear both times and not sure if we'll try second gear or not. Will give it another go tomorrow! Here's a shot of the ol' girl with some new sneakers. I LOVE the look of her now. Has that "all business" kind of vibe. Had several guys come up to me and ask, "This still has the belt?!!!" "Yup!" And she didn't slip a bit! I know, Here ya go. |

The pulling shots are POTW worthy, IMHO.
Good job!

Well, we pulled today and my son re-claimed his title. I pulled after him and when I returned back to our pits, he simply said, "Give me the hat!" We had a great time and that awesome supper that my wife cooked removed most of the crow taste that was still lingering in my mouth. Found a set of fenders and some other stuff for my next build and also got to meet OCC member Alvy at the track today. Good day! |

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
