Well, I put the muffler in. It's got a temporary mount, aka a piece of wire holding the muffler off of the pto. I need to rearrings everything as the muffler's not seated properly against the muffler elbow and the exhaust is bypassing the muffler. Need to add the sleeve around everything and move the clamp. At least the groundwork is there.

I took my 107 out of its shed for the first time since I got it. I did some work to it and hope to fix the trans soon.

Took my recently acquired (by recent I mean Thursday night) IH 2 sweeper off the truck and looked it over better in the daylight. Overall it's in nice shape, except for some tears on the collection bag and the brushes looking kind of frayed but very functional still. Still need to adjust the height correctly but it seems to work pretty good. Not a bad purchase for $20 at a small estate auction. Works pretty darn good!

Default Weekend work on the 105

Not all today but over last weekend. Got the wheels that I blasted and painted a couple weeks ago wrapped with new rubber and installed on the freshly painted frame. Got everything painted and wait for it to cure and for some free time to start the assembly. Really starting to come together.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
