An Alberta Clipper is coming through this weekend, temps going down to -12C tonight with 10-15 cm of snow. Happy fricking spring!

30° and snow on the ground this morning, mother nature needs to make up her mind. I just looked at the extended forecast and there calling for 65° and sunny for PA plow day.

BREAKING NEWS: Punxsutawney PA (AP) - "Punxsutawney Phil" was found dead this morning at his home on Gobblers Knob. A full investigation is currently underway but all early indications point to a single self inflicted gunshot wound to the head, though police officials have not ruled out foul play. Phil has been under increasing scrutiny ever since his February 2, 2016 prediction of an early spring. The weather has showed no signs of an early spring, in fact most of the northern US is currently in the midst of snow flurries. "Punxsutawney Phil" is considered by many as the world's most famous prognosticating rodent. However his much anticipated weather predictions have missed their mark in most recent years, causing Phil to fall into a deep depression. Phil also stared in a 1993 featured film "Groundhog Day" where he played himself and two years later made a guest appearance on the "Oprah Winfrey Show". Phil is survived by his wife Phyllis and 352 children.

Woke up this morning and it was 36° and my windshield had an 1/8" of ice on it, winter will be here before we know it. You would have swore it was winter yesterday, it was 58° but all the Mexicans working on the roof at the Wal Mart were wearing heavy coats and wool caps, I guess there tropical people.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
