No bad, the front end needs to be shorter and the lights need to be mounted in the fenders IMO however.
I'm a fan of the custom fenders on the tractor that Xtreme Motorworks 782D build.

Looks like by the length of them, without a tilt wheel, it would be difficult for a bigger fella to get on and off of the cub. Makes it look like some of the larger tractors. Headlights mounted inside the fenders would add to the cool factor.

I agree. Not a bad look, and I like the idea of the light in the wing of the fender. It shows some of it's big brother IH heritage.
