Default My Poor Wife

I was doing so well this spring on selling off a few of my cubs so the boat don't have to take up her garage space, BUT 3 more arrived in the last two days. Here is my new to me original putting the boat back in the wifes stall. The PO put a ball on top of the blade and I had to try it out, worked rather well actually. I cant leave my cubs or my boat outside, and I just couldn't pass up that original with them goodies on it.

Don't forget that creeper hidin' in there. Bet that battery helps with any traction issues. Nice looking Original. Round fenders and wheel weights, nice!

Thanks guys. I will post pics of the others tomarrow after I give em a bath. I know one will clean up nice. See how the others turn out.

I wish the Original had the original motor in it. PO put a 10 horse in it. I have a 4 digit with rear pto that runs good that I think all these goodies are gonna end up on. But til that happens might as well use it.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
