Maybe a health issue?
Apparently he was healthy enough to send the wrong part.

wrong part sent to me even though I ordered the correct part# and even double checked it here before placing the order.
Once again I have tried to contact Aaron but never responds, next step is to open a Paypal dispute because this guy simply does not respond at all.
This is exactly what I wanted to avoid.
Did you not get a call from him just yesterday?

Hugu
Now that I am able to get on the site again - I left you a message yesterday. I have no emails from you and no phone calls. If you have an issue please call 218-849-1482. The parts were sent out promptly and if we sent a wrong part - we apologize and will send out the right part.

AND a big thanks out to everyone that has bought form us and supported us over the years. Everything is a little crazy with trying to obtain steel and materials for the lasers and trying to get raw parts. We have more inventory on the shelf than we have ever had and will continue to get parts out the door.

Default Fixing My Mistake

Well, sometimes you have to go on and apologize. I did get thru finding an email on my phone that never made it to my computer from Hugo. After reading it and going thru the order and reproducing it from my web site, I see that one of my weight brackets was referencing another part number. So we are correcting it with Hugo. I was wrong and the customer is right. I wish I would have seen it before it went this far but I didnt. We ALWAYS make it right with the customer. And yes, the web site is getting fixed right now!!! He's reached out to me and is sending the correct part, which is the rear weight bracket.I had been sent the front bumper instead.
Glad it's all worked out.
I purchased several parts from him and the quality is top notch for sure.
Hopefully communication will improve over time in order to avoid situations such as this.
Thanks, Aaron.

I requested a custom cutting edge for a 42" blade about 6 or so years ago; not only did y'all make it but it's not worn nearly at all. Great people to do business and I wouldn't hesitate to buy again when I need something.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
