18+" as of 4:50 PM 12 9 18 I'll deal with it tomorrow. Made the mistake of plowing before it was all done last year and it just drifted back in and made it worse.

WOW,, Our local electric company is taking a "snow day" tomorrow,,,
the office will be closed,,,
"Due to Snowstorm Diego, we are going to close our business office tomorrow, Monday December 10.
If you have an outage, you can report it. Thanks for your understanding in this matter."

I guess I will just "hope" the power stays on??

Now, I feel like I live in Hooterville at Green Acres,,,

That’s a pretty good one Sam especially for VA. I guess one plus is at least you’re not having to go to work tomorrow and worry about digging out tonight. Have fun with the BX. Cocktails starting at noon?

We have CrapAppalachian Power. Reliable power is a joke here. One of the first things I did after moving here in 2011 was to install a 20KW Generac standby generator.

And none for us here in the south Chicago suburbs!!
It's been c c c cold so far, earlier than usual, but a couple of dustings so far is all the snow we have had, not enough to make the farm Fields covered worse than what I would call "salt and pepper" coverage. I hope it stays that way. It's flurried a handful of times, DOT jumps and over applies salt as soon as the 1st flurry drops, getting tired of that.... I like paint and sheet metal on my vehicles, not rot holes

I know they closed 77, not sure about 81 but it was a parking lot.

Took me 4 hours to plow my drive and my neighbors. Normally only takes 2 hours. I should have hit it yesterday about 1/2 way through the storm. Didn't think we would get as much as we did and thought it was not as heavy as it is. PITA to plow.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
