Default May happen tomorrow

So, as many of you know I have been looking for an O. Few weeks ago I traded a deck and mule drive and got a 104. Meanwhile I had one of my 129's up for sale. I sold it with a plow and no deck for 600$. The gentleman that bought it said he needed a few days to pick it up as he needed to rent a trailer. I told him I could deliver it. He is local go me. He said he needed a trailer to haul off 2 craftsman tractors besides moving the 129. I 9f course said, no worries. I'll deliver the 129 and haul off the 2 craftsman machines. Long story short, I sold the 2 craftsman machines "wont mention price" to a guy. We got talking and turns out he has an O in his shed. He didn't want to go for a full restore on it but he wanted. Good running cub GT. I offered up the 104 even Steven. Well, tomorrow he is bringing his and we will do the deal.... hopefully. Last guy I tried something like this with didn't have an O. He had a 70. Hopeful this time the PO knows what he has. He says it's a roller but motor was out and rebuilt. If it's an O and he has the major components engine rebuilt or not I think I'll do the deal..... pics soon

Okay... Not an O

However. I did the deal. And when you see the pictures maybe you will understand that I had to save this little guy from its PO'S... The madness had to be stopped. So, I traded. A running 104 with a deck and he got a plow out of me for this green turd.. It wont be green or a turd for long tho. There are no guarantees with this one.. Don't know if it runs, last time ran, little to no history known for sure.. But what the hell. It's mine now and it will be mine for a long time. I'm just a sucker for round fenders.

Here the pics.. I will get the green off as soon as I can!

Edit. Forgot to mention. GOt some goodies with it.. Brand new carb, VR and coil!

Is it a 73? Those are my favorite of the 7hp tractors.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
