SLT 1550 PTO swap question
Hello I have an SLT 1550 (before 2007). I swapped out the PTO and of course I wasn't paying attention on how it was positioned. I am not sure where the (as I am going to describe it) "fin" of the PTO is supposed to sit. In the manual there is a belt guide guard and the pto "fin" kind of sits in it:

I was looking at the parts online and I do have, what I think is a deck stop? https://ibb.co/J5D2nwB So I guess my quesiton is where exactly should that "fin" be lining up with? Does it even matter? What really matters is that the fin cannot rotate when the PTO is not engaged. The first picture shows the part that stops the rotation. In the "cutout".
Without this, the outer shell will rotate and destroy the wiring and who knows what else.
