Default Thread Deletion...

I think a good idea would be to allow us to delete our own threads. I have been on other V-bulletin forums that allow users to do that. Is there a reason that we aren't allow to?

All you have to do is contact a Moderator and it can be done.

I really can't see what the need would be for that.

Because he started a thread, re- thought the matter & decided against it? Didn't want to bother anyone?

It happens.

Point of clarification....

Are you talking about a thread you started and decided to delete it....??

OR

Are you talking about deleting a post to a thread...??

I am talking about deleting entire threads that we create. Yes, I know we can delete posts, but why not threads? Wouldn't it be easier if we could delete our own For Sale or Wanted posts without having to ask Mods? What if we change our mind like Nik said, and decide we don't want the post... Just wondering.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
