Just use this one. Trans is the same as a 1050. Chassis on all are the same. If you need an engine manual, it is seperate, and also on this site in the same section, Tech Section. Holler if you can't find it.

All the parts manuals are accessible online for free on several sites.... especially cubcadet.com. (Link to it is up top with the sponsors on this site.) You can look up your own parts. So... no. Only reason I buy paper parts manuals is on the old IH stuff that they have discontinued parts on, thus the online manuals do not list the part numbers for anything no longer offered. Since they are NLA, it's no big deal.... unless you want to know what the part number was for issues of reference, or confirmation on a found NOS part. (The pics are still online, just not all the part numbers.) Hardly if any parts discontinued on the 1806, and what is likely still has the part number listed. I wouldn't buy a parts manual for it.

Speaking of manuals, I am getting a 403 Forbidden! error when I try to open any of the chassis service manuals, 1x3/4 to 1x8/9 tractors. Most of the others open fine.

I left Roland a PM a couple days ago, but have not heard anything. Any ideas?

No. It's his issue to fix. It's been going on for a while.
Shoot me a PM and I'll see if I have the one you need.

I sent you a PM.

Let me know specifically what you want & I'll send it to you via e-mail, until the Third Party issue gets fixed.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
