Default Finished the exhaust stack

I built the stack with a muffler inside, because this engine is really loud without. I used a 3.5" elbow, a thrush muffler/glasspack, and some 3.5" tubing. I had to notch the elbow to clear the hood ( did not want to cut the hood). I am going to add a stainless piece between the stack and the hood to act as a heat shield. I am also going to build a support brace for the stack. I one pic you can see how the air cleaner will sit. I wanted it out of the hood, for space reasons, it looks like a big tractor and I did not want to fill the original fuel cap hole.

I know it looks big but with me on it (6'4") and the 26/12-12 Ag tires, it will look a little more proportional.

Then it took a while to get the spindle and cylinder geometry figured out and to get the spindle reinforced, but now just a few lines and it will be moving and steering. I did not take any pics during but here is a few when it was done. I raised the column a bit over stock, but with the air ride seat it is super comfortable (especially since i'm 6'4" tall). Hopefully I can get the hydraulic lines and the foot hydro controls built this week.
Does the tire rub the cylinder on a hard left turn? mine did when I used a Deere cylinder

No, I cut the arm off the spindle where the cylinder attaches and I moved it so it is parallel to the axle instead of in front of it. (if that makes sense.)

yes I understand what you are saying.
If I had used a smaller diameter cyl. barrel (IE Cub) it would of cleared.
But I used what I had.
So I just built extended axle stubs moving the tires farther out
( wider stance) and solved the problem on my 782.
Thank you for the reply.

I have no idea on cost, I'm just using what I have. You can use any engine, that you can make fit.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
