Default Cool Re-Power Ideas
I was checking out Earls (esarvey) 1811 re-powered with a diesel and was amazed! That thing is going to be soo sweet! It got me thinking, what other cool re-power ideas have people had? The K181 that I have in my "O" is shot and I would like to keep it as original as possible..but Earls diesel has really got me thinking about doing something different but keeping the "O" looking like it was made that way.
What do you guys think would make a cool re-power? Dosent have to be an "O" and dosent have to be anything fancy. Just keep it practical.

I got a thread started on here about re-power a 1440 with a 4cyl gas out of a cub lo-boy. Hopefully get it started when I get home for winter break.

Anyone know how that guys tractor turned out with that small teledyne motor? I tried googling, but can find much. He still got a fully functional tractor with pto and all? It looks pretty sweet in there, but if its not a functional tractor, than its not for me

Why not go horizontally opposed? Vw 4 banger 25-35 hp or cushman 2 banger , some european motor cycles also used this type motor.

I'm planning to build a 1712 super with loader. I was given a Mazda rotary engine. I'm thinking that it might make a great power plant for this tractor.

last year I was at a pick-n-pull salvage yard and there was a complete smart car diesel with trans for $275 I thought about buying for a couple reasons but didn't
