Default Cub Cadet Specialties

Hello! Does anyone know if something is up with CCS? I placed an order April 5th and i have still not gotten a shipping notification. I emailed them a week ago asking what the status of the order was but no answer.

When i last bought parts there they shipped them the same day and usually always replies very quickly.

This typically doesn't sound like them. I emailed him. Let's see what happens.

Default email issues

I wish I could control the P.O. and your email program spam or trash folder, but I can't. That being said, I've sent yet another email saying I've put a trace on your package.

Default I've replied to every email that was sent!!!!!!!!!!

I emailed stating that customs had an issue with the box. I'm waiting to hear back what that issue is! I even tried calling the number on your order and it would NOT go thru! If the box is lost, I'll either reship or refund! I grow weary of conducting business on an open forum because people don't know what a spam or trash folder is or how it works!

I believe you and im not implying anything else either! Im not trying to make you look bad in any way, I have shopped at CCS before and i am very pleased. Im just trying to figure out what is happening here and why the emails wont go thru since there haven't been an issue before. I know how a spam or trash folder works.

Ill just have to wait and see then. Thank you for taking your time to reply here.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
