Mine was received in a bubble bag. I did not see any issues but I will take a closer look before I install the valves.

By no means am I dinging his service, he provides a very useful and affordable service for these valves and is great to work with!
My rebuilt valves were received in a zip bag well oiled to prevent any corrosion. They were bubble wrapped around the sealed bag. The new (not rebuilt) valves I ordered from him were also in a sealed bag inside of bubble wrap. Strangely the rebuilt valves were spotless, but the new valves had some debris, maybe from however they were stored from wherever he obtained them from. I can tell the difference between new vs rebuilt as the bottom edge near the "nipple" has not been machined like the rebuilt ones have been.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester.
