It's only 3 1/2 hours, people come from as far away as Canada and Georgia. It takes me 3hrs to get there and let me assure you that it's worth the ride.

There just may be a few of us boys from the south coming up to that. I missed it last year because of work so maybe this year I can fit it in. I don't think we are bringing any machines up but I'm sure there will be plenty extra there.

Anybody interested in trying to have an official OCC meet up at PA plow day either Friday night dinner or Saturday lunch. I think it would be nice to get us all in one spot to meet each other and put a face to the post we see on the forum. We could maybe go to dinner. There is a OIP (original Italian Pizza)not far away that's pretty good. Several of the car clubs I belong to do this and it always seems to work out nicely. Just an idea.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
