You're both dead on. Farm & Fleet is always 10-30% less. It's all about perspective tho - guys without those love TSC. For oils and stuff you're probably better off at wally world than TSC.

TSC ONCE had a sale on Shell Rotella T oil. I bought several gallons. I used to get sale fliers from TSC but have not in several years. I occasionally check their website but have not been in the local TSC in over a year. I bought a trailer tongue tool box which was on sale. I would like to buy another but they do not stock it anymore and I am not paying $139 shipping for a $99 item.
When I lived in IL, there was a F&F in a neighboring town (about 20 miles away). When I was in the area I would stop in. I liked F&F. Now my only alternative is Rural King.
There used to be Central Tractor which was good but TSC bought them. End of that story. TSC should change their name to "Anything but Tractor Supply".

Default FarmFleet vs TSC

I’ve never been in a Farm and Fleet because there are none around me, until now. They are putting one up in Rhinelander, WI so I’m gonna check it out when they open.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
