Default easy to make Dethatcher /rake
I built it this summer but couldn't resist the urge to be the first homemade attachment listed. It is very easy to build, all I did was take a 2x4 4' long and bought bailer tines that tractor supply is selling cheap 1.99 last time I was there they had more .the slip right over snugly a 2x then use there bolts 3/8 to attach to the wood.
-To attach it to a hitch I used a 4 in piece of 3in angle iron bolting it to the wood and a single 3/8 --1/2 inch hole to bolt threw to the hitch or tang which would need a extension piece . I think I will try to mount it in front next year ,as it digs up sticks very well , and am considering adding 2 more pieces to form a triangle ,then pull it.-- it needs a building block as down pressure to dethatch -I used a polyvinyl coating on the wood
