Yep, piston ring groove cleaner. It's funny when you find stuff like this at a flea market or yardsale and the guy selling it doesn't even know what it is.

It was time to get these after my dad's Cornwell has saved my rear more than once.
https://www.amazon.com/Lang-Tools-52.../dp/B007TX0HS6 (FYI, Lang is the OEM for Cornwell).

Good in situations you'd otherwise have to take off other parts to get to the screws.

I got a Cub Cadet WST 100 brand new. The WST 100 is Cub Cadet’s wheeled string trimmer. It always starts 1st or 2nd pull and it has really cool looking black wheels. It has worked great for my trails in the woods and other overgrown grass. I would definitely recommend the product!

I was looking for a thick piece of glass to use as I surface plate, but I ended up with a piece of granite counter top sample that is 1-1/2"X12"X18" for less then $20.00 .
I can stand it upon end on my tool box bench in back of my box and it's safe and out on the way, don't need help to get it out to use and it doesn't move around when I use it. So if you want / need a good surface plate keep an eye out , the place I got mine from had over 15 pieces for sale . Now if I can come across some bigger wet/dry sheets I will be good to go. |

For you guys that have Hydros that you can't move without the engine running you could get a pair of these. I've used them several times under the rear wheels to move a tractor around the shop. Got them at Harbor Freight.

These are commonly called engine degreasers. I recently bought a cheap one for the garage to clean up the hard to reach places in the partially disassembled 149. They do need a decent compressor, but they will spray pretty much any liquid, from soap to solvent. This one has a mixture adjustment but lacks the thumb shutoff for fluid that the expensive ones have.
They are great for where a pressure washer is just way too much. Put some hot degreaser in a bucket and you can do a very controlled clean up pretty quick. |

I bought SAE & Metric tap and die set. I needed it for a Predator engine swap I am doing, and figured it would be best to have the complete set. Good to have and can clean up threads, if need be too.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
