Default Who wants to buy this house?

Look at what this realtor wrote about this house in her second to the last sentence of her description. Wow, sometimes I feel like there is a conspiracy and the government has put something in the water. I get a kick looking at these kind of things that people put out for the public. Hope you get a chuckle...

"Look no further for the country home of your dreams! You will be amazed by the tranquility of this 3 bedroom home situated on 3.75 acres! With two outbuildings, and fenced in pastures, this would be perfect for a 4-H family! Not to mention the horseshoe driveway and 2 car garage! The home features hardwood floors, a full dining area, a den, and lots of closet space! The basement is currently used for storage, and contains a wood burning stove in pristine condition. The roof and windows are only 8 years old, and furnace and central air have been inspected yearly. I can assure you this property won't last long! Please call Keli Altom at (765) 993-7741 for additional info or your personal showing."

Look again. She wrote "I can assure you this property won't last long. She should have written, "I can assure you this LISTING won't last long." Who would want to pay $120,000 for a house that won't last long?

Well, yes in realtor lingo "property" means listing.
Just like in realtor lingo "needs work" means demolition required.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
