Diz,

Your brother looks very proud! Now that he has one, he'll want another one very soon. Hopefully, you can get him to join us!

ACecil. He was already looking at the tiller and saying. ( instead of taking that off i should just get another one to mow and plow with) :biggrin2.gif:
I might have created a monster.

Thats what I am thinking, why go through the hassle of swapping attachments. Swap tractors instead

Default My One Two Seven

Here are a few pic's of my 127. After it followed me home, I went thru it pretty well. Carb rebuild, hydro service, points, condensor, oil change, tank clean, new steering wheel, new column bearings, grease & repack all, new battery, seat, air filter, replace hydro dump valve lever, new belts, sharpened blades, replace lift button, replace float button, degrease, clean, replace wiring harness, rewire all lighting, new sparkplug, rebuild mule drive.

Next steps will be paint. I just have to stop having so much fun w/it to allow some time to paint.

Mike

Electricmonster-

That's really sharp. I wouldn't paint it...it's only original paint once, and that one's in great condition.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
