Default Some spring videos/pics

Finally got all the sweetcorn and soybeans in the ground this spring using my cub cadet garden tractors during this trying spring we've had. I got a couple videos I took working ground with my mini 5488(982) and field cultivator. This was the first time my buddy used my field cultivator. Here is the link to videos. I also got a video planting sweetcorn as well.

Wow I like that seed planter! And the two Cubs, of course.

So you've got one tractor with V61s and the other has tri-ribs; Which tire do you like better and why?

Looks great! You certainly take the word "Garden" in Garden Tractor very seriously and use the cub to its potential. Looks like lots of fun!

My 782 and 582 both have tri ribs and my 982 has v61's. This is just my opinion but I like the tri ribs on the regular size garden tractors lime 782, 682, etc but the v61's I prefer on the super cub cadets. They both grip very well in dirt and I like the stance they give on the regular frame cubs and super cubs.

Lol yeah I do. I use them in my 2 1/2 acre field. I can do everything with my cubs and all my implements and I harvest my soybeans with my 806 and JD 30 pull type combine. It's plenty big enough to have fun in and my buddies come over and we plow it in the fall.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
