Default Broken shoulder bolt removal tool
The nut of the shoulder bolt on my 782 weld broke and couldn't find a way to get it out without removing the engine.
I'm refuring to the nut that's welded on the inside of the frame.
The size wrench needed will be a 13/16. I took the torch and heated in three areas and bent it till I got it to fit inside of the frame and then welded a short piece of angle iron to the wrench to hold it from twisting, because there isn't any way to get enough grip to hold the wrench.
So now at least I can tighten the bolt and hold the nut until I need to remove the engine to re-weld the nut.

I love torched wrenches!! I had to torch one to loosen the bolt holding the distributor in my 4.3 S-10.

Great torched wrench!!

Great torched wrench!!
Had a mechanic that worked for me that would do stuff like that with Craftsman wrenches and then take it back to Sears and get a new one for free.
