Don't plug the outlet!! you will be bumping on the pressure relief valve causing excessive heat.
Make a nice "U" shaped 3/8" line connecting the outlet fitting with the return line.
You might have to be careful that you don't get too close to the flex joint/driveshaft.
But since this is not a normal tractor, we don't know what your configuration will be.
Again thanks for your information. What I did was order 4 90degree swivel ells, #6500-6-6. One for each of the hydro fittings then those get another ell to send fluid back over top of the main hydro unit. That gets things out of the way of the flex joint without too much problem, like taking the front cover off.

Then I'm going to use one of the lift hoses to make a U shape instead of bending a tube. I'm on a pretty tight budget, social security doesn't go too far now days. I'd love to see one of those people that told me I'd enjoy my "golden years".

Hi Shortbus, Old Age and inflation is only going to get worse. The Golden Years are for the Doctors and now, not so much even for them. Have a great day and try to enjoy the days yo have left.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
