thanks.

Try checking with Sponsors Patton or Houtz, as listed at the top of the page.

Here is what I Put On My 2182 http://www.xtrememotorworks.com/3-Po...Cub-Cadet.html 82 Series Cub Cadet - Modified Kit

Any 3point Invest In a Good sealant for the Transmission Bolts Otherwise You get a slight Leak

I have since converted the Hitch to a Limited Cat 1 3 point with the Help of some Part's From Bill Ruegg (known for aftermarket John Deere 3 point Hitches)

BTW Houtz Has No 3 points In stock

Bill Ruegg is the only person that sells the correct hitch for the Cub Cadet SGT's.
http://www.rueggmfg.com/

Here is one I put on one of my 1572's.
Ruegg Cat 0.jpg

You will probably need to call him because he doesn't list them on his site. I'd be willing to bet they are close to $600 now.

When I Talked to Bill I was Under The Impression He doesn't Build the Hitch for the Cubs anymore Otherwise I would Have Bought it from Him over xtreme But He did Help Me convert the Xtreme to a Limited Cat 1

Sergeant, I did hear a few years ago that he was going to stop making them but I hope he has not. I like his because you can use a standard Cat 0 top link and not the the cheap thin ones used on the OEM.

Default Will the one from extreme motor works fit?

Here is the deal i’m 15 and this is my first big garden tractor, Ii picked this 1872 up a few days ago for $300 and it runs and drives great and fires right up. so my question is would the kit from extreme motor works fit with some minor modifications? I have a small welder and some basic metal working experience.

No need to Modify it! They Bolt right On to the Tractor
Just Invest In this https://www.permatex.com/products/ga...sealant-11-oz/ for the Two Bolt That bolt Into the axle Carrier

I was Just suggesting to Buy CC-03-101M which is 82 Series Cub Cadet - Modified Kit for You Tractor as it Can actually Lift More weight Than a OEM 3 point for You Tractor . The Only thing you give Up is You Can't Put a OEM 2000RPM PTO on it But Most PTO attachments that would fit it Can be Hard to find anyways today except for One Manufacturer Befco the 2000RPM PTO rear attachment are really a dead line anyways. I have other Tractors with the Industry standard 540RPM PTO so In My case I Just want My 2182 Super to Use the Non Power 3point attachments Like a Plow, Cultivator or Disk or a Rear Blade / Box scrape

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
