This isn't my snow machine, but this is the space in which the snow machine takes....which really, really sucks!

Not sure of the serial # off hand, so I don't know how late it is. I do know for sure it is a regular H. There were times running the blade I wish it had live hydraulics but I learned to live around it.

Cub Cadet missed it by never offering a 48 inch snow blade, the perfect width!!

And the ability to angle the blade from the operators seat,,,,,,,,

Hmmmmmmm, but, those issues are "fixable",,,,,

The 1512 with plow is not ready for pics quite yet, so here is a pic of my back up machine. It's an 1991 Ingersoll 3012 with blade, and deck, best part is it has 133 original hours.

I agree, I would have liked a 48" blade, especially when it's angled so it'd clear the tires more.

What did you use for a plow? Looks like a nice setup.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
