Yeah I remember it as well. Heard it on the radio, initial reports here were that a small plane crashed into one of the towers....revised shortly after that it was an airliner. I was working in service at a Chrysler/Plymouth/Pontiac/GMC store. Pretty much glued to the radio for the day, except when I could get to the TV in the showroom. My Uncle worked there at the time too, (just a couple bays over from me) and I can remember after the Pentagon attack, he was like 'what the hell is going on?' I remember Bush being shuttled around the country a couple times before finally stopping in Nebraska, I think (memory's fuzzy on that). Still crazy to think about.

I was very young at the time i was in 2nd grade and i just remember the teacher frantically pulled one of those big carts with the old box style tv on it inside and turned on the news and another teacher and her class all came in to our room. I will NEVER FORGET that day It still sticks with me today seeing a person you look up to in panic not knowing for sure about anything at the moment. I pray for all of the people who help to ensure this country stays safe.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
