Got the snowblower tractor home and fluids changed, tubes in the front tires, Deere 828D home, fluids and tubes done and the little 2 cycle freebie MTD sidewalk snowblower fired up and ready to go.i haven't put the chains or blade on the other machine yet, debating on letting that machine sit out this season, the blowers did a better job than the plow blade last winter by far

You think thats funny but I have a story that goes along with it..
When I was 14 I worked in a truck stop. On Super Bowl Sunday I had to work.. It was dead there. In the distance I see a car rolling towards the fuel pumps and shop. A woman gets out and comes into the shop. She wound up there because everything else was closed She proceeds to tell the desk guy that her husband got mad at her because she so stupidly still had the summer air in the tires and had not switched over to winter air.. Trying not to laugh he told the woman we could help. Yup.. Pulled it in, Pulled all the cores and got the summer air out and refilled. I was just doing what I was told. Then he told her it would be a hundred dollars cash.. She paid and left. He handed me 50 bucks and laughed. I asked him how he sleeps at night. He said just fine. He said the husband deserved it for sending her out of the house just so he could watch the Super Bowl in peace LOL

Sam I don't think you moved to Virginia with the thought of having to deal with a lot of snow during the winter, did you.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
