Imagine that.....someone is trying to hack into a site where a bunch of people are talking about some vintage garden tractors. I can see how that would be of major importance to someone who had nothing better to do with their life. Nonetheless, Thank you Roland for all of the "behind the scenes" things that get things set up and rolling here. I set up a website for my Masonic Lodge and I know the countless hours involved. Just a shout out that we appreciate you!

Go Roland! Go Roland! Go Roland!!!

I don't know what the reasons for trying to "hack" our Forum. They can be vast and numerous. It can be the guy down the street to someone in a foreign land. It may be a focused attack or someone trying it for fun.

As you may know, I screen every membership application. I can definitely tell you, that OCC sees on a weekly basis, hackers, spammers, and bogus applications. I have a "filter" in place that removes 99% of known spammers, but some always manage get through.

So, between our IT Server Guy and myself, we try and do our best to keep that crap out.

Thank you Roland for all you do. I had a bad feeling in my heart when I saw the 404 message. Thanks for fixing it and have a great day.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
