Hi everyone. My name is Josh. I went out last week and got me a 77 model 1250 Cub Cadet. It was love at first sight. I was just looking for an old mower to mow a couple acres with, and ended up with the best mower I've ever owned. 200 bucks and down the road I went.

Long story short, now I know what all the fuss is about.

Is the 1250 a good model? I haven't seen much in my looking on the forum so far. I like it either way. I was just wondering.

I look forward to getting to know everybody.

I'm from Pearisburg. About 40 minutes from Bluefield...Picked the tractor up in Roanoke....

I'm more toward the Princeton side... we go to Blacksburg/C'burg at least twice a month. I got my Original from Peterstown, WV... there are a few, very few IH's down that way. Glad to meet you!!!!
