It's A Shame!!
I hear of people doing all sorts of weird things these days. Locally, I have heard of a boy who wants to use the girls bathroom in school because he says he identifies with that gender more than the one he was born with, and in my opinion, the one God gave him. The school is trying to protect themselves and wanting to send letters home to parents about him using another bathroom, but now he feels singled out on this issue. I grew up listening to songs like "Lola" and "Dude Looks Like A Lady", but now this gender identity situation (certainly not a crisis since most of us are well aware of our gender) is spread over to our hobby. Now I know some people refer to their tractor as she or the ole' girl and probably fewer people refer to it as a he. Here is a tractor for sale, a '61 Original that is "Optional Genders" and to me that is a shame! It should not be switching over at this age or at any age.
https://indianapolis.craigslist.org/...761669604.html I have also heard of an older person over in Europe wanting to change their age, because they feel "younger" and identify with younger people. Obviously, then it works in reverse so a younger person who feels more grown up may want to change their age and be legally served alcohol or whatever. So, maybe the featured cub cadet is only 1 year old when it gets running like new? What a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World!!! Cub Cadet 123

I got a good laugh out of this thread. I just had to chime in on this because my friend always jokes about my Ford LGT 195 tractor that I'm restoring. The comments are usually about the tractor not knowing what to identify as (the Ford LGT series acronym being referred to as "Lesbian, Gay, Transgender" instead of "Lawn & Garden Tractor") hahaha.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
