Something is sprung or vastly out of adjustment somewhere.
Should be obvious I would think.
Remove the mule drive frame and lay it on a flat surface and look for ends that do not all touch the ground evenly or do not have equal spaces from the drive to the ground.
Check the ends that contact the rock shaft an deck hangers for excessive wear.

That was my first thought as well. I pulled the mule drive and checked it. Nothing looked out of the ordinary. I thought it may be a little off so I swapped it for the mule drive off the 149. I put the deck on the concrete and checked it as well. It rocked corner to corner a little, but not more than 1/8 of an inch. I also swapped the deck from the 149 and got the same results. That's why I'm so confused by it. It just sems to rock from side to side when I move the lift lever. Any suggestions on pictures I should get that may help? Just so I can get something that will help you guys see what's going on.

Are both lift arms TIGHT on the ROCK SHAFT and parallel through the travel up and down??
Pins worn??
Pin holes worn egg shaped?
I assume the deck has the adjustable front hangers on it,
both adjusted evenly??

Is all the play between the mule drive and the tractor frame?

Or between the mule drive and the deck, or a combination of both together??

Are the tires aired up the same amount? If one rear tire is low on air, it will cause the deck to be out of level. Just a thought...
