Sounds corny but tomorrow morning down here in SC its going to the low 40's .... So my last remaining daughter and I stocked the fireplace and will light it off (probably with a couple windows open ) and have our first fire of the season .... followed by a full blown breakfast .... some things are so simple ya gotta love it!

Thats the main reason I bought my 149 and have already pulled several loads to the house up some pretty slippery hills!! My daughters helped load and unload a few with me today as well!! Makes work fun when u get cub seat time!! Wished it was 4wd that would be awesome with my hilly property!!
Haven't fired up the heater just yet got the window open to keep it cool though, supposed to be chilly here in NC too!!

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
