Then it really is a case of '1st come 1st serve to those within reasonable striking distance so to speak.
Yes, PayPal is hard to get trust in, it if someone hasn't received a payment before its hard to get their head wrapped around it. The couple of day's probably killed it for you. He was in town from out of State helping his Mom out till the end of the week.

I thought that OBO was a musical instrument you blew into to make music.
That motor looks hardly used as you can still read the tag. Most fall off or get damaged from dripping fuel.
Thanks!

I did get it going last night, tracked down a no spark issue and cleaned out the fuel system. starts a little slow but runs great, no smoke. It really magnifies my muffler issue on my 125. I just figured that's how loud the older machines are. This is much quieter and less piercing to listen too.

The steering is froze so I was only able to go forward and backwards with it. I need to get it inside the garage and go through all the fluids and see what I can do about the steering, i disconnected the linkage from the steering gearbox and that is all free so it appears the issue is downstream perhaps the spindles are all gummed up.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
