I have been fighting it now for a month or so..I am quickly losing the battle. I bought my 1200 to plow snow.Next thing,I needed AG's,then painted the wheels, then installed lights, getting some taillights and currently wanting a cheap spring assist..Went from 1 Cub in the new garage to 3 and a JD. I am heading this week to look at another 108...Too late, think I am in deep.My wife already is used to the collecting, since I have 5 Buick GS's in the garage. It ticks her off that the daily driver Jeeps sit out in the snow now...lol

Thumbs up

I'd rather get the "Yellow Fever" than get "Green Envy" wishing that I had bought a cub!! I gave my JD away to my brother just to get rid of it. Now, I bought 3 cubs in this past year and I'm grinnin' from ear to ear. Be proud and keep smiling.....you're in good company here!!!

For us it's a trade off... I don't get the look because I don't give it, I never say anything about Precious Moments, Longaberger baskets, new shoes, purses, new clothes...

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
