Default Made it to the show

Rain finally stopped after 2:00, then we were able to have the parade.

I was there also and on an 882. I saw your tractor but never got to meet you. I also drove by where your machine was parked before I left but didn't see anyone near it. Maybe next year we can meet up.

Here's a few pics.

Oak I saw those in the parade! I wish we could have met! My son and I got there around noon on Saturday when it was still raining. We were the second tractor in the parade so we returned to our spot when we came back around. We also saw your spot when we were driving around the show on our golf cart, it was a maroon colored Yamaha with a black roof. We are going back today to get our tractor, my trailer isn’t big enough to hold the golf cart and the tractor. We still had a pretty good turn out despite the weather!

Oak, we are going to see if we can get our Cub into the Concord Jubilee this year. I’ll keep you posted.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
