450 2 stage blower on 982

I am new to this site but not new to cc. I have owned many but never a super 982 . I just bought a red 982 with a blower and need help with the blower mounting to the tractor . the front mount slides next to the frame and latches in front ,like my 1650. But there is 2 pins that thread into the blower frame and should go into the tractor frame to hold the blower frame solid , the tractor frame has holes in the right location , but a nut is welded on the inside of the frame from the factory. Are these nuts supposed to be drilled out or knocked off the frame to allow the pin to go into the frame . These holes with nuts are at the very front of the frame .

Those are the tapered pins that I have .But the the holes in the frame that line up where these pins should go into have nuts welded into them from the factory .
Do I need to drill the nuts out or cut then off the frame . There is no mention of these pins in mounting instructions

Use bolts then.

the thread size of the nuts welded in the frame is 1/2 . and the thread size on the tapered pin is about 3/4.

where did you get the tapered pins in the pics you posted and what are the for otherwise .

I did and it comes up as a "443 Front Weight Bracket Kit"
