Guys im looking into buying another 82series guy says its a 582 puller chassis but there lots of stuff i could question

Getting back to stacks...
I used a 15" "waste arm" from Lowes on my puller. It's 1 1/2 inches I.D. I screwed a short piece of pipe into the block and then used a clamp to hold the waste arm onto the small 4" stretch of pipe. The waste arm keeps the overall weight down as it's pretty thin material. It has a lot of "POP!" and I think, it sounds great.
Another bonus (and the reason for bringing it up now) is that I noticed that our Lowes now has them for $1.06 each!!!!  I got two more! Here's what it looks like on the tractor  And here's what they look like on the shelf at Lowes!

Under the sink plumbing works pretty good for chrome exhaust parts on cubs.
