782D Glow plug timer upgrade
I have heard there is glow plug timer up grade for the cub cadet diesels and that people have re positioned ground wires. I am told the original battery is NLA so it can be hard to find a lawn and garden battery that will crank the big diesel over very fast. My 782d has a car battery mounted on the rear end I want to do away with that.

replace starter with the gear reduction unit. what most people do with the glo plugs is put a ford starter relay on the engine and trigger it off the original glo plug wire and run new cables from battery to grelay and from relay to glo plugs
