Default Onan b48g walbro carb rebuild kit?

I know this question has probably been answered, so please forgive me for asking again. I am looking for the part number for a walbro carburetor kit. The motor is an Onan B48G GA019. The carburetor seems to be running a bit rich and also is leaking at the gasket where the carb bottom and top separate. Also if you have any additional info please let me know.

This is Onan goes in an IH 982

The original Carburetor used ME-146-0292 Carb Repair Kit as per the Parts Manual.

I tell you where the model of the carb is as well as where to buy a kit. I searched everywhere for a reasonably priced kit. I used, IH, Cadet, and Onan part numbers. This kit works great, we've probably 10 hrs on my machine since the rebuild.

Thanks guys. John i will give that company a call Tuesday and see if they can help me out. My carb model seems to be LUA 8. Also do you know of a good video or manual that explains the float setting and all adjustments? I want to make sure i get this all corect. I will keep you posted on all repairs and how things go.

I'm not near my manuals now, I'll look next time I am and see if they appear to have generic instructions for that carb--as best I can tell there are several LUA models and a lot of them use the same kit. The folks at Petersen may be able to give you that info as well, they are a Walbro dealer. If anyone else knows where that info is online, please jump in with a link.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
