If we don’t get more organized about questions then things will turn out like that.
Way too many answers that are guys trying to be helpful but not organized about the trouble shooting. People giving out the information should rated on their answers. When a problem is solved then the OP could give points to the person who helped the most. Next person asking could look at the members rating and decide if they should try a solution offered. Everybody likes to show off what they know but it takes a lot of experience to answer questions correctly.

Sadly, all too often the question being asked is lacking the information needed to respond correctly or effectively. IE; "mower won't start, whats wrong?"

That is why I want no part in that madness. It is the Cub Cadet's version of the View, a bunch of cackling hens.

I don’t do drama book. My wife is way too into it and then complains about it and wants to quit but then goes back full strength again. This happens quite a bit anymore because something gets posted or said that makes her mad. I’m a minority with this view I’m sure, just never got into it and not sure why. I can see the positives that it offers but I feel the negatives, for me anyway, outweigh the positives. Sad thing is I’m becoming way more of an introvert as life goes on.

I use FB alot, Im on prob 25+ groups, I dont see any issues there that dont occur on any other forum, there is more drama I suppose but there is also 1000s more people involved. Its been a very good, and very big, resource for alot of hard to find parts and/or tractor afaic. I'd much rather use it than fleabay.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
