I have that same unit. I use lead blocks from my handgun reloading stash and wait for a couple days after the latest rain. Works great! I've yet to bust one of the tines.

I have gotten some interesting camber on the wheels at times....

Oak & AC - Thanks!

I got the garden tilled last week and used the FEL on the Kubota to do a little regrading in the garden. Also got a half day of brush hogging at my hunting lease. Mostly trails, but also cut 4 food plots that need sprayed this week. Hopefully next week I'll have the 982 & tiller out to prep & plant the plots.

With any luck, I got technology to cooperate and let me put pictures of them on the internet, along with a little garden work, buttoning up some wiring on the 2166, and painting the tin on my Snapper's engine with Rust Oleum Almond.

Fueled up and checked fluids in the 982 along with greasing the 442 and topping off the gear box. Going to trailer the pair to my hunting lease Saturday morning to til and plant some food plots. Weather looks like it's going to cooperate, so I'll try to take some pics.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
