A tandem rear axle cub with dual rear hydro transmissions making it a 4 wheel drive 4x6 if I had to guess.

If your plan is to use two hydros a word of caution, it is almost impossible to get them to both operate in sync.

I just need to find out how much 2 of the lift cylinders will pick. the bed will be hinged a few inches past center. so its not picking the hole bed I know it'll be slow and would like to use both pumps to run it. but Id like to keep the front pump cylinder to run my push blade.

Im at the point now I need to cut one of them. the rear axle will not have brakes, only the front.
So do I use the disk brake axle ? is one better then the other? ive never had any issues with the internal brake. but it will be stopping two axles. but most the time I never use a brake with a hydrostatic drive.

I built a dump using a JD317. You don't need the dual rears. The ported pump has plenty of flow to raise the body and it's plenty fast. Since this OCC if you want more info PM me with your e-mail address and I'll share details of the build.

thanks, the tandem is more for the cool factor. I was thinking of putting a belt tracks on it.
I just wonder how well it'll steer? Id think it'll be fine sence the diff's arnt locked.

I think if you are going to do tracks I'd use a trailer type axle for the second axle set up so it can pivot up and down like the front axle does. Sounds like a cool build.
