Well come on down to Forrest City IA in Sept.
They have BIG SHEDS FULL of steam and other oddball power to look at when you get tired of viewing IH stuff!!
HUGE 2 4' blade saw mill, steam powered.
HUGE 14 bottom prairie plowing as well as GT plowing
Camping too!
Swap meet too!
Auction also on 1 day, not sure which at this point.

Geneseo is more for bigger farm equipment and has a much bigger draw, a few GT's as well though
Good place to get together with a bunch of Cub folks will be at the Blunier Plow Day in Roanoke, IL Oct 19-20
Also, I am considering taking cubs to Cub o Rama in Farmington, MN in Sept 27,28,29
For others in north central, IA and southern, MN, there will be quite a few Cubs at the Forrest City IA show in Sept 14-15 where IH will be the feature tractor this year and also the site of IA Chapter #5 IHCC summer show, same time and place.
I will take 1 trailer load, maybe even 2 loads.
I am in the Quad Cites, Rock Island to be exact but please don't hold that against me lol It sound like Atkinson is the place to go for me.

Things are winding down now quickly and the season for tractor shows is about over.

I am heading down to Fredericktown, MO next weekend to Cub-A Rama.
Should be a lot of Cubs there plus vendors.

What are you needing in the way of parts?
Might place an ad here in the classifieds.
PM me, I may have what you need, and I am fairly close to you (80 mi.)

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
