1864 hydraulic mower lift
Our fishing club has a 1864 with a 54GT mower and the hydraulically operated mower deck indicator changes, but the deck will only go up. When it does go down, it is as if free falls downs. You can turn the adjustment on the back and I can feel underneath that the rod is turn over the top of the mower deck. Not sure what it is connected to. Is there a manual I can purchase? and/or any suggestions?

I don't have a picture with the rod attached. If you look at the picture
on far left. There is a short silver pin with a big flat washer on it. That pin is threaded and the rod you are talking about attaches there. Controls how far the deck will raise and lower. If you pull the driveshaft cover off you will easily see where it hooks up. Ken DSCN1332.jpg
