Default 38A Mower deck question

I picked up a 38A mower deck for my CC 100 and am refurbing it. I'm working on the front support for the mule drive now and noticed that one of the hangers for the pulleys appears slightly bent. Is this the correct alignment or should I correct the bend? The bend is in the lower hanger in the following picture of the front support:

FYI - the 38A Mower Deck was NOT designed for the 100 Tractor. The standard 38 was. It is not to say, that you couldn't make it work with some modifications.

In the Technical Library section, there is a Parts List for the IH Built Mower Decks..... Parts List

I didn't realize there was a Standard 38 - here's a pic of the one I have (it came with the 100). I'm re-furbing it now. Still wondering if I should "bend" the hanger back straight on the idler support assembly? I don't want to mess it up if it's supposed to have that "bend" in it. The deck itself is good and solid with only one very minor rust pin hole.

Thanks for the reply, by the way!

The picture of the deck shown, is NOT a 38A mower deck. It is the standard 38" deck, looks like first generation.

Thanks - looks like I need to adjust it a bit. Also, just to confirm on the belts for this deck:

Spindle belt: 473 468 R2
Drive belt: 473 462 R4

I'll need both belts. The drive belt was missing and the spindle belt is on, but VERY tight - too short.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
